HireBuddy was created to help dispensaries solve for increasing turnover numbers - a gigantic problem in the industry. After working in recruiting for over a decade and consulting retailers at a leading eCommerce company, we saw how dispensaries faced constant employee turnover. By combining proven video hiring technology with insights from the cannabis industry and sectors that have successfully turned loyal customers into great employees, we launched HireBuddy to help dispensaries make better hires and hire better.
